IDFC FIRST BANK CASHBACK OFFER - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. OVERVIEW:

The 10% Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is a promotional offer administered and offered by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited (“IDFC FIRST BANK”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.Ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as “AJIO Platform”) on purchase of specified products displayed on the Platform (“Specified Products”) using Card of IDFC FIRST BANK (“IDFC FIRST BANK Card holders”).

2. OFFER TERM/ PERIOD:

Unless terminated earlier as provided under the Agreement, this Offer shall start on 12^th January 2024 at [00:00:00 Hrs.] (“Offer Start Date”) and continue until 28^th January 2024 at [23:59:00 Hrs.] (“Offer End Date”) for Credit Cards or such other date and/or time as may be determined by AJIO at its sole discretion. The period starting from Offer Start Date until Offer end Date shall be referred to as Offer Term/ Period.

3. ELEGIBILITY

· This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above (“Resident Individual”) on the Offer Start Date.

· Each Resident Individual who is IDFC FIRST BANK Card holder and is AJIO customer with a valid phone number and e-mail address (“User”).

 
Offer Details:

1. 10% cashback up to Rs 6,000 on a Minimum Shopping for Rs 15,000 at Participating Brands during Luxury Shopping Festival on an IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card.
2. Offer validity: 12th January to 28th January 2024.
3. Offer is applicable once per customer during the Offer period. If the customer is holding more than one IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card then cashback will be provided only on the first eligible transaction done by the customer, other subsequent transactions will not qualify for the offer.
4. Offer applicable on both Primary or add on card whichever is used first during the offer period.  Cashback will be applicable only on the first eligible transaction done by Primary or Add on card issued to the customer; other subsequent transactions will not qualify for the offer.
5. No two offers can be clubbed together. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion that a customer might have received from the Merchant or IDFC FIRST Bank.
6. Offer will be available for those customers who receive offer promotion details from IDFC FIRST Bank in the form of Email/SMS/Push Notification.
7. Cashback shall be credited to active card account of eligible customers within 90 days of the offer end date.
8. Offer valid on all IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards except corporate, business and FIRST Digital Credit cards.
9. The offer will be valid during the offer period only which will be at the sole discretion of Merchant and Bank.
10. Merchant and Bank have the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the Offer period.
11. The decision of Merchant and Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
     

4. MISCELLANEOUS:

1. If the User who has availed the Cashback Offer, return all or part of the Specified Products purchased by them on the Platform, such that the value of their order falls below Rs. 15,000.00, they will not be eligible for return of purchased Specified Products. All products returned by the User shall be entertained solely as per AJIO’s prevailing product return policy.

2. The Offer shall also be subject to AJIO Platform terms and conditions including but not limited to Platform Terms and Conditions, Fees & Payments, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds, etc. and such additional terms and conditions as the Reliance may notify from time to time.

3. The Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as AJIO may notify from time to time.

4. If User faces any issue(s) while availing the Cashback Discount Offer, the User may contact IDFC FIRST BANK for Credit Card at [head.customerservice@idfcfirstbank.com], and/or AJIO at [https://www.ajio.com/selfcare].

5. AJIO and/or IDFC FIRST BANK reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Instant Discount Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User without any prior notice to the User.

6. Participation to this Instant Discount Offer is purely voluntary.

7. This Instant Discount Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by AJIO at any point of time, including after it has been announced and the same shall be binding on the User without any prior notice to the User.

8. AJIO do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Instant Discount Offer. Maximum liability of AJIO is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Instant Discount Offer.

9. Instant Discount Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by AJIO and may disqualify any User from getting the benefits of this Instant Discount Offer.

10. AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Instant Discount Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Users that is caused by:

a. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Instant Discount Offer;

b. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;

c. any other events beyond AJIO's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.

11. AJIO (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated IDFC FIRST BANK Cards or any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and emails service providers.

12. User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep AJIO harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by AJIO as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the User; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the User’s part.

13. User agrees that, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Instant Discount Offer.

14. In case of returns & cancellations of the orders on which the said Instant Discount Offer have been availed using the selected IDFC FIRST credit & debit cards, the Instant Discount Offer will not be applicable again while making a purchase on AJIO with the same cards used before for availing the Offer during the Term of the Offer.
 

5. STANDARD BANK TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Cardholder will mean any person who is holding an active IDFC FIRST Bank Cards.

2. Merchant or Merchant establishment will mean any establishment where the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards mentioned in the Offer has been used for making a purchase.

3. The Offer can be availed as per terms mentioned in the offer and only on transactions done at Merchant establishment using an active IDFC FIRST Bank Card.

4. The Offer will be valid only on or within the dates mentioned in the offer details.

5. No two offers can be clubbed together. Please note this offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions or offer or membership or any voucher or discount or packages that a customer might have received from the Merchant or IDFC FIRST Bank.

6. Cardholder’s eligibility for the offer will be decided by IDFC FIRST Bank. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, IDFC FIRST Bank’s sole decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.

7. All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 7 (seven) days after expiry of the offer or promotion period.

8. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.

9. All Bank and Merchant Standard Terms & Conditions will apply.

10. Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.

11. The offer is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.

12. The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

13. Any dispute or claim regarding the discount, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to the Merchant establishment. Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services etc. availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer

14. Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only. Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by the Merchant

15. No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank reserve the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.

16. The decision of Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

17. IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible or liable if the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to technical or other reasons.

18. IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer, necessary action will be taken by the Bank. Please note Bank’s has its own sole discretion in this regard which shall be final and binding.

19. Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and IDFC FIRST Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.

20. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of Merchant or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.

21. The offer by IDFC FIRST Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.

22. Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be additionally governed by Terms and conditions of IDFC FIRST Bank Card Member Agreement. Customer can view the terms and conditions on the online portal https://www.idfcfirstbank.com

23. Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
